How does pricing work?
Every engagement is quoted after a discovery call or the free audit. We price per milestone, agree it in writing before work starts, and avoid hourly surprises. A small paid pilot milestone is available to de-risk the start. Quotes are in USD.
How long does a project take?
We aim for weeks, not quarters. You get a milestone plan with dates after the discovery call, and a working demo every week.
What hours do you work, and what about time zones?
We work IST and arrange overlap windows for US, EU, GCC and APAC. The booking page shows times in your own time zone.
Who owns the IP?
You do. IP is handed over on final payment, as set out in the written agreement.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share anything sensitive.
How do you handle our data?
Our public demos run on synthetic data only. For client work, we design for the least access needed: read-only database roles, schema allow-lists, query validation, row limits and an audit log.
How do you invoice international clients?
In USD, by milestone, as set out in the written agreement.
How do you use AI in your own delivery?
We use AI tools to move faster, and an engineer reviews and owns everything that ships.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and a handover walkthrough. If you want ongoing work, a monthly retainer is scoped to your needs.
What won't you take on?
